How long does shipping take?
Your item can take approximately 2 to 7 days to arrive.
Please allow 4 to 5 business days to process your order, and approx. 1 to 7 days to arrive after it is processed.
Custom orders may take longer to process. Please contact us for an estimated finish date.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note The Pretty Rag is not responsible for delayed shipments with USPS or any other carrier once it has been handed over.
How can I track my package?
You will be emailed a USPS/UPS tracking number when it ships. Please make sure to include an email address at checkout to receive the notifications as they are much more reliable than phone numbers. You can also contact us at ThePrettyRag@gmail.com to receive further tracking if not received via email.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have questions on sizing or lengths of chains, pendants, etc. please contact us prior to purchasing.
How do I measure my ring size?
Take a piece of cord, or yarn- wrap it around your finger and measure in inches.
Include in notes RING SIZE- ( ) inches and we will then take this measurement to our ring wand and provide the size that best matches the measurement provided to us by you.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately. If an item is damaged you must notify us will 5 days of receiving the order.
